About the role

CSE is looking for a competent, motivated and well-experienced Project officer to join the organization. He/she will be responsible for implementation, planning, monitoring and reviewing of planned activities related to economic empowerment of families of children with disabilities project implemented in the woredas of Oromia and Amhara regional states.

Job requirements

Knowledge and understanding and application economic empowerment policies, strategy and guideline, Strong knowledge, understanding of disability inclusion/mainstreaming approach and strategies, disability mainstreamed livelihood interventions, Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and team orientated approach, Experience of developing and implementing capacity development measures. Minimum of five years and above work experience for BA/two years for MA in Non Governmental organization setting in similar project, Good understanding of project cycle management, Knowledge and experience of documentation of good practice, lessons learnt and success stories,

Desired

Reach experience in economic strengthening and disability mainstreaming issues, Organized and managed training independently, Familiar with current national disability policy, strategies, and initiatives, Passionate, strongly dedicated and highly committed to work for the economic empowerment of families of children with disabilities, Willing to work under pressure sometimes for extra hours,

Willing to work under pressure sometimes for extra hours,
